Peter Salladé is a filmmaker liaison and chief volunteer at the NBIMF. He began the whole endeavoras an art project, to blend the best of all cultures together in a pragmatic program of media exchange to stimulate innovation in Beijing's independent film community. He works to provide translation, subtitling, and representation servicesfor new Chinese movies looking to find an audience abroad.

他 是我们的电影人联络官，也是新北京国际电影交流网的主要志愿者。在参与这个计划的最初，他将之视为一次艺术行动。随着他的努力，这个计划逐渐成为了一项有 盈利的事业，并且吸引了文化行业中的优秀力量的参与，促进了媒体的交流，并激发了北京独立电影人们的创作热情。除了这次新北京国际电影交流周的工作之外， 他还负责翻译、为影片制作字幕、以及将崭新的中国电影介绍给外国观众的工作。

Christiana Tao , local girl, in my early twenties. Though I'm still having my second year in Beijing normal university, my major is film and television media. I've found a fine way to release and entertain myself, which is watching and making movies- it is my self-expression. Therefore I am very honored to become one of the volunteers for NBIMF. Sylvia Liang: I work on the movie translation and subtitles at NBIMW. I can't generalize the movies I watch, but I am sure 87.12% of them are indie. and I am a very picky lover of dogs, music and indie movies.

Morag Brown: Hi, my name is Morag Brown and I've been a BIMF volunteer since May 2010. Amongst other things, I help out with venue liaison, managing digital media and submissions. I come from Scotland, and I love movies, music, taking photos and learning Chinese!

Gianluigi Perrone  is an Italian born film critic, and has been a movie producer for ten years in his country. Moving to Beijing, he acts as the head of acquisition for BIMF, collecting movies in film markets and festivals to screen in China, as part of a project to create a link between Chinese and Western film businesses.
